2025 Interpoules : Race For Promotion Gets Underway

The competition begins today after the draw ceremony that took place on Friday August 29, 2025 at the FECAFOOT headquarters in Yaounde.

The 2025 National Interpoules competition kicks off this Monday, September 1, 2025 in the Centre Region. Ten teams, representing each of the country's ten regions will be competing for the two coveted spots into the second division. The draw ceremony for the competition held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at the FECAFOOT headquarters in Yaounde. The event, which also clarified the competition's rules and significance, was presided over by Abdoulay Abdoulrazack, the President of the national and international competitions commission. Abdoulrazack highlighted the commitment of FECAFOOT President Samuel Eto'o to revitalising amateur football and ensuring the smooth running of this year's tournament.
The participating teams were divided into two groups of five, Pool A and Pool B. The group stage will run from September 1 to September 10, with Group A playing at the Odza Technical Center and Group B at the Mbankomo stadium.
Pool A comprises AS Olympique of Meiganga, Diamant FC of Yagoua, Kumba City FC, Sable of Batie, and the representative from the Centre region which was not known at the time of the draw.
