National Development Indian :;Investors Presented Cameroon’s Potentials

Minister Felix Mbayu, led the Cameroonian delegation to the 20 India-Africa Conclave that held in New Delhi from August 27-29, 2025.

In line with guaranteeing economic growth and a coherent implementation of development orientations contained in various national strategic documents, Cameroon is intensifying its collaboration with bilateral partners by canvassing for investors in key sectors. Participating at the 20th India-Africa Partnership conclave in New Delhi from August 27-29, 2025 was an another opportunity for Cameroon to present its economic potentials to investors. Leading the Cameroonian delegation at the high-level meeting was the Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Commonwealth, Felix Mbayu. He is accompanied by the Acting Director General of the Investment Promotion Agency (API), Buma Donatus. Both the Minister and the boss of API took to the rostrum to present the different investment opportunities in Cameroon. Minister Felix Mbayu made a presentation at a special session under the theme, “Building Smart Supply Chains: Unlocking India-Africa Trade and Industrial Synergies.” The objective is to increase direct Indian investments in Cameroon and to concretize partnerships between the economic operators of both countries. As a result, the Cameroon Investment Week, organised by the API, business opportunities as well as the incentive measures put in place by the government to boost investments.
